Returns & Exchanges

Because sometimes even your favorite shirt doesn’t fit like a river tube should.

Our Policy

We want you to be stoked with your NBAF gear. If you're not feelin' it, you've got 14 days from the delivery date to let us know. We’ll exchange it or refund it, no hard feelings—as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and still in the same badass condition it arrived in.

How to Start a Return 

  1. Send us a message through our Contact Page.
  2. Tell us your order number and what’s up.
  3. We’ll send you return instructions (no carrier pigeons, promise).

Heads up: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we messed up. If it’s our bad, we’ll cover it—obviously.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Changed your vibe? No problem. We’ll swap it for something that fits your style better, subject to stock availability.

What We Can’t Take Back

  • Anything worn, washed, or stained with beer, queso, or river water.
  • Clearance items (those are final sale, baby).
  • Stickers—once they’re stuck, they’re yours.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item. Give us 5–7 business days to process it (we’re fast, but we’re not time travelers).
